2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE
HOUSING COMMISSION. 3

WHEREAS, Commission Member Brian Andrews resigned effective October 29, 2014, and

.J WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on the Housing Commission, and
8 WHEREAS, Mr. Andrews was appointed in July, 2011, for a term ending in July, 2015.
9 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
as follows:

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

13 2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve on the Housing Commission,

for a term ending in July, 2015.
