RESOLUTION NO. 2015-059
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, REVISING THE HOURLY SALARY SCHEDULE,
APPROVING PAY INCREASES FOR HOURLY (PART-TIME)
EMPLOYEES AND APPROPRIATING $65,000 FROM THE GENERAL
FUND COUNCIL CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT
EXIIIBIT I
WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes the need to sustain market competitiveness as an
employer; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires hourly pay ranges and salaries to remain competitive
for comparable positions in the market.
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,

1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. That Attachment A, the Hourly Salary Schedule, attached hereto is hereby
approved and adopted.
3. That the City Council authorizes the Administrative Services Director to
appropriate funds in the amount of $65,000 from the General Fund Council Contingency
account for the salary increases effective March 16, 2015.

the City of Carlsbad on the lOth day of March, 2015, by the following vote to wit:
