CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE
TRAFFIC SAFETY COMMISSION. 3

WHEREAS, Commission Member Hope Wrisley resigned effective February 21, 2015, and

y WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on the Traffic Safety Commission, and
8 WHEREAS, Ms. Wrisley was appointed in July, 2011, replacing Commission Member Jack
9 Gumming for a term ending in July, 2012. She was subsequently reappointed in August, 2012 for

a term ending in July, 2016.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve on the Traffic Safety
Commission, for a term ending in July, 2016.
