CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE POINSETTIA PARK SYNTHETIC TURF
REPLACEMENT, CONRACT NO. PWS15-22PKS, AS COMPLETE AND
4 DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO RECORD A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION

WHEREAS, the Poinsettia Community Park Synthetic Turf Replacement, Contract No.
PWS-15-22PKS, was substantially completed to the city's satisfaction by Ohno construction.
Inc., on February 5, 2015; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
11 WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,

California, as follows that:

The above recitations are true and correct.

The Poinsettia Community Park Synthetic Turf Replacement, Contract No.
jy PWS15-22PKS, is deemed complete and the City Manager is hereby authorized to
18 execute the Acceptance of Public improvements attached hereto as Exhibit 2 on
1^ behalf of the City of Carlsbad.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to
execute and record the Notice of Completion for the Poinsettia Community Park
Synthetic Turf Replacement, Contract No. PWS15-22PKS, attached hereto as Exhibit
2a.

ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The contractor has constructed the improvements required for the Poinsettia Community Park
Synthetic Turf Replacement, Contract No. PWS 15-22PKS, and has requested that the City of
Carlsbad accept the public improvements. City forces have inspected the public improvements
and found them to be satisfactory. The public improvements consist of:
