RESOLUTION NO. 2015-279
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, REAPPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE CARLSBAD TOURISM BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT BOARD (CTBID).
WHEREAS, the term of Board Member Kimberly Malaspina, representing West Inn and
Suites, expires in November 2015, and
WHERAS, Ms. Malaspina is eligible for reappointment and has expressed her desire to be
reappointed.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby reappointed to serve on the Carlsbad Tourism
Business Improvement Board (CTBID):
