RESOLUTION NO. 2015-288
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, REVISING THE HOURLY SALARY SCHEDULE AND
APPROVING PAY INCREASES FOR HOURLY (PART-TIME)
EMPLOYEES BELOW MINIMUM WAGE
WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes the need to comply with California state

minimum wage.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
as follows that:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. That Attachment A, the Hourly Salary Schedule, attached hereto is hereby
approved and adopted.
3. That the City Council authorizes the Human Resources Director to increase the
hourly pay rate of any employees who are below the minimum wage as of January 1, 2016.
