RESOLUTION NO. 2016-008
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING THE CROSSINGS AT
CARLSBAD REPRESENTATIVE TO THE CARLSBAD GOLF
LODGING BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BOARD
(CGLBID).
WHEREAS, Board Member Gary Glaser, representing The Crossings at Carlsbad, resigned
from the Board in February 2015, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Glaser was appointed in November, 2012, for a term to expire in November
2016,and
WHEREAS, Russ Onizuka has replaced Mr. Glaser as General Manager of The Crossings at
Carlsbad, and has expressed an interest in being appointed to the Board.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve on the Carlsbad Golf Lodging
Business Improvement District Board (CGLBID) for a term to expire in November, 2016:
