RESOLUTION NO. 2016-099
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE
HOUSING COMMISSION -RENTAL ASSISTANCE (SENIOR)
CATEGORY.
EXHIBIT 1
WHEREAS, the term of Commission Member Bobbie Smith expired in July, 2015, and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on the Housing Commission, and
WHEREAS, Ms. Smith was appointed in July, 2011 to replace Commissioner Margaret
Schramt and was subsequently reappointed in July, 2011 for a term ending in July, 2015.
WHEREAS, Ms. Smith agreed to continue on the Commission until a replacement was
appointed, and is recently deceased.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve on the Housing Commission,-
Rental Assistance (Senior) Category for a term ending in July, 2019.
