RESOLUTION NO. 2016-210
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA,REVISING THE 2016 REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
CALENDAR
WHEREAS,the Carlsbad City Council has determined it will establish its scheduled regular
meetings annually by resolution; and
WHEREAS,the Ralph M. Brown Act (Government Code §54954) provides for the establishment
of an annual regular meeting calendar procedure; and
WHEREAS,the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2015-263 on October 20, 2015 establishing
the dates and locations for regular meetings of the Carlsbad City Council for calendar year 2016; and
WHEREAS,the City Council wishes to modify the adopted calendar as shown in Attachment A.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California as
follows:
1.That the above recitations are true and correct.
2.That the December 13, 2016 Regular City Council Meeting shall be held at 6:00 p.m..
3.That the December 27, 2016 Regular City Council Meeting is cancelled.
PASSED,APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad on the 25th day of October, 2016, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES:Hall, Wood, Schumacher, Blackburn, Packard.
NOES:None.
ABSENT:None.
