A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE TRAFFIC SAFETY
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Commissioner Kathryn Fox resigned in April2017; and
EXHIBIT 1
WHEREAS, there is currently one unscheduled vacancy on the Traffic Safety Commission, and
WHEREAS, Commissioner Fox was initially appointed in August 2012 to replace Commissioner
Guy Roney, and was reappointed in October 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as
follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following Carlsbad resident is hereby appointed to serve on the Traffic Safety
Commission, for a term ending in July 2020.
