A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING TWO MEMBERS TO THE LIBRARY BOARD OF
TRUSTEES
WHEREAS, Trustees Beth Hulsart and Sandy Parsons terms expire in June 2017; and
WHEREAS, there is currently two vacancies on the Library Board of Trustees, and
Exhibit 1
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as
follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following Carlsbad residents are hereby appointed to serve on the Library
Board of Trustees, for a term ending in June 2021.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad on the 27th day of June, 2017, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: M. Halt K. Blackburn, M. Schumacher, C. Schumacher, M. Packard.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
