A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING TWO MEMBERS TO THE TRAFFIC SAFETY
COMMISSION
Exhibit 1
WHEREAS, Commissioners Muir and Hunter's terms expire and are eligible for reappointment;
and
WHEREAS, there are currently two scheduled vacancies on the Traffic Safety Commission, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as
follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following Carlsbad residents are hereby reappointed to serve on the Traffic
Safety Commission, for a term ending in July 2021.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad on the 25th day of JJ:!!.y, 2017, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: M. Hall, K. Blackburn, M. Schumacher, M. Packard.
NOES: C. Schumacher.
ABSENT: None.
