A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE TRAFFIC SAFETY
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Commissioner Fred Muir was initially appointed in August 2012; and
WHEREAS, Commissioner Muir resigned in November 2017; and
WHEREAS, an unscheduled vacancy on the Traffic Safety Commission exists.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as
follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following Carlsbad resident is hereby appointed'to serve on the Traffic Safety
Commission, for a term ending in July 2021.
