A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE BEACH PRESERVATION
COMMITTEE
Exhibit 1
WHEREAS, Committee Member Greg Lang was initially appointed to the Beach Preservation
Committee in June 2017; and
WHEREAS, Committee Member Lang resigned his position in August 2017; and
WHEREAS, an unscheduled vacancy on the Beach Preservation Committee exists to be filled
through June 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as
follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following Carlsbad resident is hereby appointed to serve on the Beach
Preservation Committee, for a term ending in June 2021.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad on the 12th day of February 2019, by the following vote, to wit:
