A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE HOUSING COMMISSION
TO REPRESENT THE AT-LARGE CATEGORY
WHEREAS, Commissioner Kristy Randall was initially appointed to the Housing Commission in
the At-Large Category in July 2017; and
WHEREAS, Commissioner Randall resigned on Oct. 7, 2019; and
WHEREAS, an unscheduled vacancy on the Housing Commission in the At-Large Category exists.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as
follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following Carlsbad resident is hereby appointed to serve on the Housing
Commission in the At-Large Category, for a term ending in July 2021.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad on the 10th day of December 2019, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Hall, Blackburn, Bhat-Patel, Schumacher.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: None.
