A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMITTEE
REPRESENTING DISTRICT 4
WHEREAS, Committee Member Bree Wong was appointed to the the CDBG Committee in
March 2019 to represent City Council District 4 for a term ending in May 2021; and
WHEREAS, Committee Member Wong resigned from the Committee; and
WHEREAS, an unscheduled vacancy now exists on the CDBG Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as
follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following Carlsbad resident is hereby appointed to serve on the CDBG
Committee to represent District 4, for a term ending in May 2021.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad on the 25th day of February 2020, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Hall, Blackburn, Bhat-Patel, Schumacher.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: None.
