RESOLUTION NO. 2020-169
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE TRAFFIC & MOBILITY
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Commissioner Monica Gocan was initially appointed to the Traffic & Mobility
Commission in October 2016; and
WHEREAS, Commissioner Gocan's term expired in July 2020; and
WHEREAS, a scheduled vacancy on the Traffic & Mobility Commission exists.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as
follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following Carlsbad resident is hereby appointed to serve on the Traffic &
Mobility Commission, for a term ending in July 2024.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad on the 28th day of July, 2020, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Hall, Blackburn, Bhat-Patel.
NAYS: Schumacher.
ABSENT: None.
