DESIGN REVIEW BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 012
A RESOLUTION OF THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A REQUEST FOR A USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A COFFEE SHOP/RESTAURANT
AT 2943 STATE STREET.
APPLICANT: SKONDROYIANNIS
CASE NO: RP 82-9
WHEREAS, the Design Review Board did, on the 9th day of
February, 1983, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by
law to consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and
considering testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desirinc
to be heard, said Board considered all factors relating to the use
proposal.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Design Review
Board as follows:
1) That the above recitations are true and correct.
2) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the
Conditions :
1) Approval is granted for RP 82-9 as shown on Exhibits "A" and
Board recommends APPROVAL of RP 82-9.
11 B 11 , dated January 31, 1983, incorporated by reference and on file in the Redevelopment Office. Development shall occur substantially as shown.
2) The east side of the rear alley shall be paved and striped as per the design shown on Exhibit "At8, dated January 31, 1983, to the satisfaction of the Redevelopment Director.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a special regular meeting
~f the Design Review Board of the City of Carlsbad, California,
leld on the 9th day of February, 1983, by the following vote, to
lit:
AYES: MARCUS, ROMBOTIS, SCHLEHUBER, MC COY and HOLMES
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
