HomeMy WebLinkAbout1984-10-10; Design Review Board; Resolution 044I 2 2 4 F c 7 E 9 1c 11 12 12 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 044 A RESOLUTION OF THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD OF THE CITY OF CALRSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A REDEVELOPMENT PERMIT TO ALLOW A REHABILITATION AND USE CHANGE ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT 3139 ROOSEVELT STREET. APPLICANT: AGANZA CASE NO. : RP 84-13 WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Design Review Board; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, +kt. fztk-day of-sep-tmtber-i- 1984, hold duly noticed public hearinsto consider said application on property described as: Lot 22 & 23 of Block 32 Map 775 (365, 535) Town of Carlsbad Amended. WHEREAS, at said public hearing upon hearing and considering all testimony and arguments, if any , of all persons desiring to be heard, said Board consiered all factors relating to RP 84-14. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Design Review Board of the City of Carlsbad, as follows: A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Board recommends APPROVAL of RP 84-14, based on the following findings: FINDINGS: 1) The proposed project satisfies all the development standards and design criteria of the V-R (RP) Zone. c .- A ..- A 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 2) That the prposed project is compatiable with the goals and policies of the Village Design Manual. 3) That the project is compatible with the surrounding uses.
