DESIGN REVIEW BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 095
A RESOLUTION OF THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD OF THE CITY OF
C RLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING WITHOUT PREJUDICE A
REDEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW
OFFICE/INDUSTRIAL BUILDING ON PROPERTY GENERALLY
LOCATED AT 3259 TYLER STREET.
APPLICANT: TRAUTMAN
CASE NO: RP-85-22
WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the
City of Carlsbad and referred to the Design Review Board; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request
as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code: and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal
Code, the Design Review Board did, on the 18th day of February,
1987, hold a duly noticed public hearing to consider said
application on property described as:
That portion of Lot 7 of Industrial Tract per Map NO.
1743, filed January 3, 1923.
WHEREAS, at said hearing, upon hearing and considering
all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be
heard, said Board considered all factors relating to RP-85-22.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Design Revievl
Board of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
(A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
(B.) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing,
the Board denies without prejudice RP-85-22, based on the
following findings and subject to the following conditions:

Findings:
1. The applicant no longer owns the property and the present
owner is not interested in processing this project.
2. There are unresolved design problems with the proposed
project.
3. The application for this project is incomplete. The
applicant has not submitted a property owner's list or a 600
foot radius map.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Design Review Board of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on
the 18th day of February, 1987, by the following
vote, to wit:
