DESIGN REVIEW BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 164
A RESOLUTION OF THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING AN AMENDMENT TO A MAJOR
REDEVELOPMENT PERMIT TO ALLOW MIXED USE GENERAL
OFFICE/MEDICAL OFFICE AT 2558 ROOSEVELT STREET BY
PROVIDING PARKING ON AN ADJACENT LEASED LOT.
CASE NO: RP 86-23(A)
WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the
City of Carlsbad and referred to the Design Review Board;
and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a
request as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipa
Code; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal
Code, the Design Review Board did, on the 27th day of March
1991, hold a duly noticed public hearing to consider said
application on property described as:
That portion of Lot 45 of Seaside Lands, in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California,
according to Map thereof No. 1722, filed in the Office
of the County Recorder of San Diego County, and
A portion of Lot 44 of Seaside Lands, in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California,
according to Map thereof No. 1722, filed in the Office
of the County Recorder of San Diego County.
WHEREAS, at said hearing, upon hearing and considering
all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring
to be herd, said Board considered all factors relating to RP
86-23 (A),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Design
Review Board of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public
hearing, the Board DENIES RP 86-23(A).

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of
the Design Review Board of the City of Carlsbad, California,
held on the 27th day of March, 1991, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: McCoy, McFadden, Schramm
NOES : None
