HomeMy WebLinkAbout1993-06-16; Design Review Board; Resolution 2071 2 3 4 5 6 7 a 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 207 A RESOLUTION OF THE DESIGN REVEW BOARD OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A MODIFICATION OF A PROJECT CONDITION TO ALL FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO OBTAIN APPROPRIATE BUILDING PERMIT(S) FOR A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED MAJOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT TO CONSTRUCT A GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF CARLSBAD VILLAGE DRIVE AND HARDING STREET. NEW ARCO AM/PM GAS STATION AND MINI-MART ON PROPERTY CASE NAME: ARCO AM/PM MINI-MART CASE NO: RP 91-4 WHEREAS, at the meeting of April, 1, 1992, the Design Review Board did recommend approval of RP 91- 4 to allow construction of a new Arc0 AM/PM Gas Station and Mini-mart; and WHEREAS, at their meeting of June 2, 1992, the Housing and Redevelopment Commission did approve RP 91-4; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 16, 1993, the Design Review Board did discuss and accept public comment on the applicant’s request for a modification to Planning Condition No. 5 of RP 91-4 to allow for a one (1) year extension of tirhe to obtain appropriate building permit(s) . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Design Review Board of the City of Carlsbad as follows: 1. 2. That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
