I/ 0 I I1 1 2 3 4 5 6 RESOLUTION NO. 18 A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT COMl REDEVELOPMENT PERMIT/CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A PRIVATELY FUNDED SENIOR CITIZEN HOUSING PROJECT 01 PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTHEAST CORNEI JEFFERSON STREET AND OAK AVENUE. Upon the request of the applicant and in return for hi agreement to develop and operate this project in confc with Section 21.18.045 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code, Council has allowed an increase in the number of dwell per acre for this site from a maximum of 20 units/acrc units/acre and a reduction in the number of required E spaces from 72 spaces to 24 spaces. C. 14) 6 0 This conditional use permit shall be reviewed by the I Planning Manager on a yearly basis to determine if all conditions of this permit have been met and that the I not have a detrimental impact on surrounding propertic public health and welfare. The following requirements shall be made part of the agreement executed for all rentals at this project: With the exception of the manager's unit, the minimur least one occupant of each unit shall be sixty-two yf age.
