RESOLUTION NO. 20
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING A REDEVELOPMENT PERMIT TO ALLOW A SIT DOWN DELICATESSEN ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF ELM AVENUE AlD GARLSBACI BOULEVARD b
