A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING A REDEVELOPMENT PERMIT TO ALLOW A 2400 SQUARE FOOT OFFICE REMODEL WITH A 1100 SQUARE FOOT ADDITION LOCATED AT 655 LAGUNA DRIVE. APPLICANT: ROYCE CASE NO. 82- 12
