A RESOLUTION.OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A REQUEST TO REMODEL A VACANT BUILDING AND CHANGE THE USES TO RESTAURANT AND OFFICE AT 2940 STATE STREET.

Conditions :
1. Approval is granted for RP 83-4 as shown on Exhibits "A" and ''6
