HomeMy WebLinkAbout1983-05-17; Housing & Redevelopment Commission; Resolution 26c . 4 0 0 I II RESOLUTION NO. 026 2 3 4 5 A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING AN AMENDMENT TO THE VILLAGE DESIGN MANUAL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD BY THE AMENDMENT OF SECTION X, TO ALLOW CERTAIN TEMPORARY SIGNS IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AREA. APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD 6 day of May, 1983, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by 7 WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Commission did, on the 17t consider said request: and 8 9 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering al' lo 11 and arguments , if any, of a1 1 persons desiring to be heard, said Comrni! considered all factors relating to the Village Design Manual amendment 12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevell 13~~Commission as follows: 14 B.
