A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING AN AMENDMENT TO THE VILLAGE DESIGN MANUAL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD BY THE AMENDMENT OF SECTION X, TO ALLOW CERTAIN TEMPORARY SIGNS IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AREA.
