I1 e W ? 1 2 3 4 5 6 RESOLUTION NO. 028 A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A REDEVELOPMENT PERMIT TO REMODEL AND CONVERT AN EXISTING RESIDENCE TO A PSORIASIS TREATMENT CENTER ON THE WEST SIDE OF JEFFERSON STREET AT HOME STREET. APPLICANT: DR. FEINBERG CASE NO. : RP 83-6 COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, 7 WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City 8 and referred to the Housing .and Redevelopment Commission; and 9 WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as p 10 Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and 11 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, th 12 as: 14 duly noticed publ ic hearing to consider said application on property de 13 Housing and Redevelopment Commission did on the 21st day of June, 1983, 15 16 A portion of Lot 48 of Seaside Lands, according to Map thereo No. 1722, filed in the office of the County Recorder on July 1921. 17 WHEREAS, at said publ ic hearing, upon hearing and considefing 18 ICommission considered all factors relating to RP 83-6. 19 testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, s 20 NOW s THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Housing and Redf 21 (B) That based on the evidence presented at the publ i c hearing, the Hc 23 (A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. 22 Commission of the City of Carlsbad as follows: and Redevelopment Commission recommends'APPROVAL of RP 83-6, basec 24 following findings and subject to the following conditions: 25 FINDINGS: 26 1) That the proposed project is consistent with the goals of the Vi11 27 28 Design Manual, as discussed in the staff report. 2) That the proposed project conforms to the requirements of the Zon' II 0 w II 1 Ordinance, as discussed in the staff report. 2 3) The applicant has agreed and is required by the inclusion of an condition to pay a public facilities fee. Said paving and striping shall t completed prior to occupancy of the building. 13) The applicant shall construct a six foot high masonry wall along and rear property lines prior to occupancy of the building.
