HomeMy WebLinkAbout1983-10-18; Housing & Redevelopment Commission; Resolution 32F c 1 e w ~ RESOLUTION NO.mX 2 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND PSDEVELOPME CO”JIISSI0N OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFOF APPROVING A REQUEST TO EXPAND AND REDESIGN THE BIG BEAR CENTER. 4 5 6 7 APPLICANT: BIG BEAR MARKETS, SAN DIEGO TI CASE NO.: RP 83-7, RP 83-11, RP 83-12 WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Commission did, 8 prescribed by law to consider said request; and 9 18th day of October, 1983, hold a duly noticed public hear: 10 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and con! 11 heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to . 12 testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring tc 13 proposal. 14 Redevelopment Commission as follows: 15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Housing ( 2) That based on the evidence presented at the public he 17 1) That the above recitations are true and correct. 16 Commission recommends APPROVAL of RP 83-7, RP 83-11 18 RP 83-12 based on the following findings and subject following conditions: 19 I 20 21 22 2) That the proposed supermarket expansion should not in 23 on-site congestion and will, in fact, eliminate a haz corner. 24 3) That the proposed project is consistent with the City’ 25 Design Manual and Development Standards of the V-R zc 26 be removed.
