APPLICANT: KAMAR CONSTRUCTION CASE NO. : RP 83-16 - ~~ ~ WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with of Carlsbad and referred to the Housing and Redevelopment Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a re( provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipa the Housing and Redevelopment Commission did, on the 21st February, 1984, hold a duly noticed public hearing to con application on property described as: Northeasterly 100 feet of southwesterly 200 feet of 98 of Carlsbad Lands, Map 1661 filed March 1, 1915, of Carlsbad, County of San Diego.
