THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A MAJ( REDEVELOPMENT PERMIT TO REFURBISH THE TWIN INNS R1 CONSTRUCT 163 HOTEL UNITS AND 11,025 SQUARE FEET I SPACE ON PROPERTY SURROUNDED BY CARLSBAD BOULEVARI AVENUE, GRAND AVENUE AND WASHINGTON STREET.
