A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISS
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A 7000 SQUARE FOOT WAREHOUSE ON PROPE
