IIConditions: II 1 ) Approval is granted for RP 84-9, as shown on Exhibits "B" dated November 14, 1984 and Exhibit 'IC", dated July 23, 1984, incorporated by reference and on file Land Use Planning Office. Development shall occur substantially as shown unless otherwise noted in thes conditions. 2) This project is approved upon the express condition t building permits will not be issued for development c subject property unless the City Engineer determines sewer facilities are available at the time of applica such sewer permits and will continue to be available time of occupancy.
