RESOLUTION NO. 98
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT COMMI
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING A NE(
DECLARATION FOR THE ELM AVENUE/CARLSBAD B0UL;EVARD STREETSCAPE PROJECT
WHEREAS, an environmental review the of Elm Avenue,
Carlsbad Boulevard Streetscape Project has been conductc
pursuant to the Guidelines for Implementation of the
California Environmental Quality Act and the Environmen
Protection Ordinance of the City of Carlsbad, and;
WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration has been issued by
Planning Director dated January 20, 1988.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Housi
Redevelopment Commission of the City of Carlsbad as fol
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That a copy of the Negative Declaration with suppo documents is on file in the Planning Department, 2 Las Palmas Drive, Carlsbad, California 92009.
3. That the Housing and Redevelopment Commission appr the Negative Declaration as issued by the Planning Director.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED, at a special meetinc
the Housing and Redevelopment Commission held on the 2r
of February, 1988, by the following vote, to wit:
