A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORN
APPROVING CHANGE ORDERS NO. 5 AND 6 AMENDING
ELM AVENUE CARLSBAD BOULEVARD STREETSCAPE AND APPROPRATING FUNDS
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Commission
authorized the design of the Elm Avenue/Carlsbad Boulev
8 11 Streetscape, and
9 II WEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Commission ;

3* Change Order NO. 6 in the amount of $32,284 is hereby approved for design of a sculpture/park Parking lot redesign on Ocean Street.
4- The Finance Director is hereby authorized to appropriate $118,044 from the proceeds of the RedeveloPment Tax Allocation Bond Issue.
