That the operating budget for the Housing Authority Voucher Program in the amount of $88,645, attached heret identified as Exhibit A is hereby adopted as the operati budget for Fiscal Year 1988-89. PROGRAM ACTIVITIES: Intake: Take applications for waiting lists to qualify for Housing certific or vouchers. (20% of time) Inspection: To make sure that the housing used meets HUD housing quality standards for tenants. (15% of time) Certification: Process the waiting list to keep the certificates and vouch, 95%+ leased-up. (25% of time) Recertification: Continuous annual processing of existing tenants to insur their compliance with-the program. (40% of time) SIGNIFICANT CHANGES: Rental Assistance Payments have increased by $l.58,000 based upon Fair Yarke Rents for 1988 and annual percentage increases.., 68
