FOOT LOT AT 715 ARBUCKLE PLACE, LOCATED AT THE SOU CORNER OF ARBUCKLE PLACE AND MADISON STREET. APPLICANT: LANDRETH CASE NO: RP 88-2 WHEREAS, the Design Review Board did on the 19th d October, 1988, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said request, and WHEREAS, at said public hearing , upon hearing and considering all testimony and arguments, examining the initial study, analyzing the information submitted by s and considering any written comments received, the Hous and Redevelopment Commission considered all factors re1 to the Negative Declaration. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Housi Redevelopment Commission as follows: A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correc B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Housing and Redevelopment Commission APPROVES the Negative Declaration according to Exh rrNDrr and frPIIrr dated September 16, 1988, and May 1 1988, on file in the Redevelopment Department, bas the following findings: Findinss : 1. The initial study shows that there is no substanti evidence that the project may have a significant i on the environment provided the condition of apprc #17 in Design Review Boards Resolution No. 118 is complied with. 2. The streets are adequate in size to handle the approximate 100 ADT of traffic generated by the pr project . 3.
