A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT A STREETSCAPE
SCULPTURE ALONG CARLSBAD BOULEVARD.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Housing
Redevelopment Commission of the City of Carl sbad as follows:
A). That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
B). That based on the evidence presented, the Commission recomm
APPROVAL of CDP 88-8, based on the following findings
conditions.
Findinqs:
1. The project complies with the Village Redevelopment Segmenl Cal ifornia Local Coastal Program by providing Pub1 ic Art and Space to beautify the Coastal Urban Environment.
