A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT COMMIS
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE SUBM

UNITS AND AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS.
WHEREQS, the U. S, Department Df Housing and Urban
