HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION RESOLIfTION NO. 13-
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT COMMIS!
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING A COAS'
DEVELOPMENT PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT A DRIVE THROUGH FACII
AT 745 ELM AVENUE
APPLICANT: KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN
CASE NO, : RP/CI>P 88-6
WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with .
City of Carlsbad and referred to the Design Review Board;
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a reqt
as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; ar
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal
Code, the Housing and Redevelopment Commission did, on tht
4th day of April, 1989, hold a duly noticed public hearint
consider said application on property described as:
Lots 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 in Block 48 of
Carlsbad Townsite, in the City of Carlsbad,
according to the Map thereof No. 535, filed in the
Office of County Recorder of San Diego County, May
2, 1986.
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and
considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all
persons desiring to be heard, said Housing and Redevelopmc
Commission considered all factors relating to RP/CDP 88-6,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Housing

Redevelopment Commission of the City of Carlsbad as follol
A) That the above recitations are true and correct.
B) That the findings and conditions of the Design Revia
contained in Design Review Board Resolution No. 137
shall constitute the findings and conditions of the
Housing and Redevelopment Commission.
