A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION APPROVING SUPERSEDING PART I OF SECTION 1
HOUSING CERTIFICATE PROGU ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS
CONTRACT NO.SF-535(E) AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION

5 II WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Commission o

superseding Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract ("AC 7
the City of Carlsbad (IIPHAII) desires to enter into a
8 ll with the United States of America ( 19Governmentt') for the
9 Section 8 Existing Housing Certificate Program.
10 WHEREAS, the Section 8 ACC must now be revised so t

it will consist of the following parts:
a. Superseding Part I of the ACC, HUD 52520B (8/8 applicable to the Section 8 Existing Housing Certificate Program.
b. Exhibit I, Projects Appropriated Before Federa Fiscal Year 1988;
c. Exhibit 11, Projects Appropriated in Federal Fiscal Year 1988 and Later Years, adding Proje
No. CA16-E077-010.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the PHA, as follow

1. The SUPERSEDING Park I of the ACC, together wi Exhibits I and 11, for the Housing Certificate program are hereby approved and accepted. The Chair or Acting Chair is hereby authorized and directed to execute the counterparts of the AC behalf of the PHA, and the Secretary is herebq authorized to impress the official seal of thc on each such counterpart and to forward such executed counterparts to the Government togetl with such other documents evidencing the apprc and authorizing the execution thereof, as may required by the Government.
