RESOLUTION NO. 160
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A CONSTRUCTION CHANGE ORDER AND ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF STREETSCAPE PHASE I11 IMPROVEMENTS, THE DOWNTOWN PARKING LOTS, PROJECT NO. 3291
WHEREAS, the construction of the Phase I11
Streetscape Improvements, the Downtown Parking Lots, :
satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, all projects costs are established.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Hou:
