APPLICANT: MARK DAVIS CASE NO: RP 91-8 (GAMETOWNE) WHEREAS, on December 18, 1991 the Carlsbad Design Board held a duly noticed public hearing to consider a PI Negative Declaration and a Major Redevelopment Permit (RP-91 a two story retail building of 3,000 square feet and adopted Review Board Resolutions No. 176 and 177 respectively, recom to the Housing and Redevelopment Commission that the N Declaration and Major Redevelopment Permit (RP-91-8) be aF and WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Commissiol City of Carlsbad, on February 2, 1992 held a public hea consider the recommendations and heard all persons interest1 opposed to RP 91-8; and WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was issued on Novc 1991 and submitted to the state Clearinghouse for a 30 da! period. All comments received from that review period a: incorporated into the conditions of approval for the redevi permit. These conditions will be reviewed through a mo program set up for the project.
