COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, 8 // APPLICANT: FORD ASSOCIATE IX, BEVERLY CENTER, LTD CASE NO.: RP 89-8 9 10 11 12 13 WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with City of Carlsbad and referred to the Housing and Redevelopment Commission; and WHEREAS, said application was recommended for appro by the Design Review Board and forwarded to the Housing < I* // Redevelopment Commission; and 15 11 WHEREAS, at their meeting of March 19, 1991, the 16/1 Housing and Redevelopment Commission did approve RP 89-8 I' I/ Beverly Centre. 18 19 WHEREAS, said applicant has requested a two year extension of RP 89-8 to expire April 2, 1994. 2o I WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 29, 1992, the Desi 21 11 Review Board adopted Resolution No. 187 recommending 22 11 approval of a one (1) year extension be granted for Majo 23 /I Redevelopment Permit 89-8. 24 25 26 27 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Housi and Redevelopment Commission of the City of Carlsbad as follows: 28 1 d I * 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 a e //I/ /I// ///I 1.
