A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING THE SUBMITTAL OF AN APPLICATION TO COMPETE FOR ADDITIONAL SECTION 8 HOUSING UNITS AND AUTHORIZI
THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE
DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
