5 I/ WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Commission of the Citj
Carlsbad, California ("PHA") approves the submittal of the revised Section 6

low-income housing in the City as it outlined in the Housing Element of the General E 9
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad is committed to continuing to pro\ 8
Administrative Plan to the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
