A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVEL COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AP A PUBLIC PARKING SUBLEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE C1 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND FISH HOUSE FOODS, INC. WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Commission, at thei on January 5, 1993 approved Major Redevelopment Permit No. 92-1 0 an Development Permit 92-08 approving the demolition of an existing retail bui construction of a new 3,346 square foot Fish House Vera Cruz Restaurant Market; and, WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Commission condit subject permit(s) to require the applicant, Fish House Foods, Inc., to provide six (26) parking spaces by constructing a ten (IO) space parking lot on the rt site, five (5) spaces on the adjacent public parking lot within the railroad righ. and the use of eleven (1 1) parking spaces on property located within close I to the subject project; and, WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Commission a{ September 8, 1992 to sublease eleven (1 1) non-exclusive, public parking SI an adjacent lot located at 3045-65-67 State Street (Baumgartner property; House Foods, Inc. to assist the applicant in meeting its parking requiremen WHEREAS, the property owner, Ms. Jean Baumgartner, of thl leased public parking lot has agreed to the sublease agreement between the I Redevelopment Agency and Fish House Foods, Inc. .... I * a HRC RES0 NO. 241 1 PAGE 2 2 ll NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Ho 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 Redevelopment Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follow: A) That the above recitations are true and correct. B) That the Housing and Redevelopment Commission hereby approves parking agreement with Fish House Foods, Inc. to sublease a total (1 1 ) non-exclusive parking spaces within the public parking lot locate 65-67 State Street (known as Baumgartner lot) for the purposes of parking for the Fish House Vera Cruz Restaurant and Fish Market local Carlsbad Village Drive.
