A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
ACCEPTING STREET IMPROVEMENTS ON CARLSBAD VILLAGE
DRIVE BE"VEEN WASHINGTON STREET AND PI0 PIC0 DRIVE,
PROJECT NO. 3347, AS COMPLETE.

Washington Street and Pi0 Pic0 Drive have been satisfactorily completed; and

WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; anc
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City a

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
