HomeMy WebLinkAbout1995-04-04; Housing & Redevelopment Commission; Resolution 264’ w ‘e 3 a 0 I 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 Dm 52s &z& 13 $044 14 0Lug 40:: 3UU d”5K spn2 15 gi$$z- 16 >LZ *As ZLuV) ix a01 u p; 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 I RESOLUTION NO. 264 A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING A MAJOR REDEVELOPMENT PERMIT (RP 94-07) AND COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT (CDP 94-08) FOR A CHANGE IN LAND USE TO PERMIT A NEW RESTAURANT/MICROBREWERY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF CARLSBAD VILLAGE DRIVE AND ROOSEVELT STREET IN SUBAREA 1 OF THE VILLAGE REDEVELOPMENT AREA APPLICANT: CARLSBAD VILLAGE BREWERY AND PUBLIC HOUSE CASE NO: RP 94-O7/CDP 94-08 WHEREAS, on March 1, 1995 the Carlsbad Design F Board held a duly noticed public hearing to consider a Ms Redevelopment Permit (RP 94-07) and Coastal Development E (CDP 94-08) for a change in land use to permit a new restaurant/microbrewery at 571 Carlsbad Village Drive and Design Review Board Resolutions No. 221 and 222 recommend the Housing and Redevelopment Commission that Major Redev Permit (RP 94-07) and Coastal Development Permit (CDP 94- approved; and WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Commissi the City of Carlsbad’, on March 28, 1995 held a duly notic public hearing to consider the recommendations and heard persons interested in or opposed to Major Redevelopment P (RP 94-07) and Coastal Development Permit (CDP 94-08); an WHEREAS, the environmental effects have already considered in conjunction with previously certified envir documents for the Village Redevelopment Plan. The proposed project has been developed pursu and is consistent with, the Village Redevelopment Plan an applicable mitigation measures outlined within the EIR fc Plan. No new circumstances have been identified which wc require subsequent environmental review or a supplement t certified EIR for the Redevelopment Plan. Any petition or other paper seeking judicial review must be filed in the appropriate court not later than the ninetieth day following the date on which this decision becomes final; however, if within ten days after the decision becomes proceedings accompanied by the required deposit in an amount sufficient to cover the estimated cost of preparation of such record, the time within which such petition may be filed in court is extended to not later than the thirtieth day following the date on which the record is either personally delivered or mailed to the party, or his attorney of record, if he has one.
