That the foregoing recitals are true and correct. 2. Based on the evidence presented at the public he2 Housing and Redevelopment Commission approves a Major Redevelopment the Join Hands Save-A-Life Youth Facility, RP 97-03, including variances fc setback, which exceeds the maximum range and for off-site loading and unl persons using the facility, based on the following findings and subject to thl conditions: A. Housing and Redevelopment Commission No. 306, which is hereby adopted, is not modified by this resolution, and shall full force and effect and its terms and conditions are incorporated herein by this IO. A notice of issuance of this permit or the act as appropriate, shall be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the San Diego to ensure that subsequent owners or encumbrancers are aware oi ~ and conditions of this permit which shall run with the land and be binding on SUI or entities. Any petition or other paper seeking judicial review must be filed in the appropriate court not later than the ninetieth day following the date on which this decision becomes final; however, if within ten days after the decision becomes final a request for the record of the proceedings accompanied by the required deposit in an amount sufficient to cover the estimated cost of preparation of such record, the time within which such petition may be filed in court is extended to not later than the thirtieth day following the date on which the record is either personally delivered or mailed to the party, or his attorney of record, if he has one. A written request for the preparation of the record of the proceedings shall be filed with the City Clerk, City of Carlsbad, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad, California 92008."
